Privacy Policy for TuneDeck

TuneDeck is designed as a local-first soundboard. Your presets, sound settings, live performance recordings, and exported WAV files stay on your device unless you choose to save, export, share, or email something yourself.

1. Who We Are

TuneDeck is developed by Rule Mobile LLC. This policy explains how TuneDeck handles information when you use the iPhone and iPad app and related support pages.

2. Information TuneDeck Does Not Collect

The current TuneDeck app does not collect personal data through accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud audio processing, remote recording, or server-side sound processing.

  • TuneDeck does not require an account or profile.
  • TuneDeck does not use advertising identifiers.
  • TuneDeck does not track you across apps or websites.
  • TuneDeck does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • TuneDeck does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, health data, or payment data.

3. Local Soundboard Data and Settings

TuneDeck may save app settings, selected presets, edited pad names, tuning controls, theme choices, and local preferences on your device so the app can work normally.

Rule Mobile does not receive your presets, pad settings, local preferences, or soundboard activity unless you intentionally send information to us, such as by email.

4. Live Recording and WAV Exports

TuneDeck can record the app's generated soundboard output, including pad taps and sequenced playback. TuneDeck is not designed to record microphone audio for this workflow.

Recordings are created locally on your device. After stopping a recording, you choose whether to save the WAV file through the iOS Files export flow or discard it. If you save, share, AirDrop, email, or upload a recording outside TuneDeck, the destination app, service, or storage provider's privacy policy applies.

5. Optional Support Emails

If you choose an email link on our support page, TuneDeck may open a pre-filled email addressed to info@rulemobile.com. You control whether to send that email and what attachments or details to include.

Support emails may include information you provide, such as your message, screenshots, screen recordings, app version, device information, iOS version, audio output details, and basic troubleshooting details included in the email body. Rule Mobile uses support emails to respond to you, troubleshoot problems, improve TuneDeck, and maintain app quality.

Email is handled by your email provider and Rule Mobile's email provider. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable sharing it by email.

6. Exports, Sharing, and Third-Party Destinations

TuneDeck can export or share WAV recordings through iOS document and sharing workflows. When you choose a destination outside TuneDeck, such as Files, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, cloud storage, or another app, that destination's privacy policy and settings apply to the data you share there.

7. Website and Hosting Data

Visiting Rule Mobile web pages may involve standard web hosting logs, such as request time, requested page, browser type, referring page, and IP address. These logs are used for security, reliability, and basic site operation. This privacy page does not use third-party analytics scripts or advertising trackers.

8. Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you change settings, discard recordings, delete exported files, delete the app, or remove data through iOS file and storage controls. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, troubleshooting, business records, legal compliance, and app quality work.

9. Your Choices

  • You can use TuneDeck without creating an account.
  • You can choose not to send support emails.
  • You can discard recordings instead of exporting them.
  • You can delete exported WAV files from Files or any destination where you saved them.
  • You can delete TuneDeck to remove app-local data managed by iOS for the app.
  • You can contact Rule Mobile to ask about support emails or request deletion of support messages you sent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when TuneDeck changes, when our support workflow changes, or when legal or App Store requirements change. The updated policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
