Rule Mobile (“Rule Mobile,” “we,” “our”) publishes culture/news, curates 3D‑printable files, shows wallet‑verified NFT collections, and offers CDL Check maps. These Terms govern your use of rulemobile.com and any pages, tools, or emails we operate (the “Service”).

2) Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

3) Changes

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, post a notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Your use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or introduce malware.

  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or republish our content or data (including for AI model training or dataset creation) without our written permission.

  • Misuse CDL Check in ways that could endanger people or property.

We may suspend or block access for misuse.

5) Accounts (if any)

If a feature requires an account, keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

6) Content & intellectual property

  • Ours. Unless noted, the Service (text, images, code, logos) is owned by Rule Mobile or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute except for normal personal, non‑commercial use (e.g., sharing a link).

  • Yours / submissions. If you submit content (tips, music links, models, images, text), you keep ownership but grant Rule Mobile a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with the Service and its promotion. You confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it doesn’t violate others’ rights.

7) 3D‑print files (important)

Unless a model page explicitly allows otherwise, all downloadable 3D files we host or link to are for personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not resell, re‑upload, redistribute the files, or sell printed copies without a license from the rights holder. You are responsible for safe printing and use.

8) CDL Check maps (important)

CDL Check is informational guidance only. Map data can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must obey posted signage, follow your carrier’s policies, and comply with all laws and regulations. Rule Mobile is not responsible for routing decisions or outcomes.

9) Third‑party services, links, and affiliates

We link to third‑party sites and tools (e.g., streaming, map providers, NFT platforms). We’re not responsible for their content or policies. We sometimes use sponsored/affiliate links and may earn a commission; this does not influence our editorial coverage. Sponsored or affiliate links will be identified.

10) Takedowns / IP notices

If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights, contact us with: (a) the exact URL(s), (b) proof you own or represent the rights, and (c) your contact details. We act in good faith on credible notices.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, fitness, or non‑infringement. Content is for general information and not professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial, or safety).

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rule Mobile and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rule Mobile harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules). Courts located in Webb County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
