Do I need an Apple Music subscription?

The Rule Mobile “TKL‑137 Mega Mix” station is free for everyone. Apple Music stations (like playlists or albums) require an active Apple Music subscription and sign‑in on your device.

I can’t skip tracks on some stations.

Skipping is controlled by rights and the type of content you’re playing. The exclusive Rule Mobile mix is a single long track. Apple Music content follows the rules of the selected playlist/album and your subscription tier.

Artwork or now‑playing info isn’t updating.

Make sure you’re on the latest iOS version. If you’re playing Apple Music content, open the Music app once to confirm you’re signed in, then return to RM Radio.

Does RM Radio work in the background?

Yes. RM Radio is configured for background audio. If you still don’t hear playback when the phone is locked, ensure Silent Mode isn’t affecting your output and your volume is up.

How much data does it use?

Streaming uses your network connection. If you’re on cellular, consider monitoring usage or switching to Wi‑Fi for long sessions.

Is any personal data collected?

No. RM Radio doesn’t create accounts and doesn’t collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Troubleshooting

  • Restart the app and try again.
  • Open the Apple Music app once to confirm you’re signed in.
  • On iPhone, go to Settings → Music and ensure your subscription is active.
  • Check network connectivity and try Wi‑Fi if cellular is weak.
  • Update to the latest iOS version and latest RM Radio build.
