Privacy Policy for EFUGY 3D Slicer
EFUGY is designed as a local-first 3D slicing app. Your model files, slicing settings, previews, and exported G-code stay on your device unless you choose to share, export, or email something yourself.
Last updated: June 11, 2026
EFUGY does not require a login, account, subscription, or cloud slicing account.
Imported STL, OBJ, and G-code files are processed on device for app workflows.
EFUGY does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Exports, support emails, and file sharing happen only when you choose those actions.
1. Who We Are
EFUGY 3D Slicer is developed by Rule Mobile LLC. This policy explains how EFUGY handles information when you use the iPhone and iPad app and related support pages.
2. Information EFUGY Does Not Collect
The current EFUGY app does not collect personal data through accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud slicing, direct printer upload, or server-side model processing.
- EFUGY does not require an account or profile.
- EFUGY does not use advertising identifiers.
- EFUGY does not track you across apps or websites.
- EFUGY does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- EFUGY does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health, or payment data.
3. Local Files and App Settings
When you import STL, OBJ, or G-code files, EFUGY uses those files locally to display models, analyze print readiness, generate previews, slice supported workflows, and export G-code. EFUGY may save app settings, selected printer profiles, recent workflow state, and local app preferences on your device so the app can work normally.
Rule Mobile does not receive your model files, G-code files, local preferences, or printer settings unless you intentionally send them to us, such as by email.
4. Optional Support Emails
If you choose Report Bug, Send Suggestion, or an email link on our support page, EFUGY may open a pre-filled email addressed to info@rulemobile.com. You control whether to send that email and what attachments or details to include.
Support emails may include information you provide, such as your message, screenshots, model details, printer details, app version, device information, iOS version, and basic diagnostics included in the email body. Rule Mobile uses support emails to respond to you, troubleshoot problems, improve EFUGY, and maintain app quality.
Email is handled by your email provider and Rule Mobile's email provider. Please avoid sending confidential model files, proprietary designs, or sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable sharing them by email.
5. Exports, Sharing, and Third-Party Destinations
EFUGY can export or share generated files through iOS document and sharing workflows. When you choose a destination outside EFUGY, such as Files, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, cloud storage, or another app, that destination's privacy policy and settings apply to the data you share there.
6. Website and Hosting Data
Visiting Rule Mobile web pages may involve standard web hosting logs, such as request time, requested page, browser type, referring page, and IP address. These logs are used for security, reliability, and basic site operation. This privacy page does not use third-party analytics scripts or advertising trackers.
7. Children
EFUGY is a general 3D printing utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Data Retention
Local files and settings remain on your device until you delete them, delete the app, or remove them through iOS file and storage controls. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, troubleshooting, business records, legal compliance, and app quality work.
9. Your Choices
- You can choose not to send support emails.
- You can delete exported files from Files or any destination where you saved them.
- You can delete EFUGY to remove app-local data managed by iOS for the app.
- You can contact Rule Mobile to ask about support emails or request deletion of support messages you sent.
