FutureGrid Privacy Policy
FutureGrid is built so your profile plans, drafts, and planning media stay on your device. The app does not require a FutureGrid account, ask for your Instagram password, or publish posts automatically.
Who this policy covers
FutureGrid is developed by Rule Mobile LLC. It helps you plan profile layouts and draft posts on your device. You do not create a FutureGrid account or provide an Instagram password. FutureGrid is independent of Instagram and Meta.
This policy explains how the FutureGrid app handles information. It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Instagram, your email provider, or any destination you choose from a share sheet.
What FutureGrid handles
Most FutureGrid information is processed only on your device. FutureGrid does not upload its local draft library to a Rule Mobile server.

Photos, videos, and files
The system photo picker gives FutureGrid access to the photos or videos you choose. You may also select image files through the system file picker. FutureGrid does not need access to your entire photo library to import selected items.
- FutureGrid stores optimized JPEG copies up to 2,400 pixels on the longest edge.
- Your original photos and videos are not changed.
- When you choose a cover frame from a video, FutureGrid uses a temporary video copy while loading and decoding it. The temporary copy is removed when that operation ends, and only the selected cover image is kept in the draft.
- Apple may download an iCloud item you select according to your Photos and iCloud settings.
- Profile link thumbnails are selected by you. FutureGrid does not automatically fetch website previews or favicons.
Apple handles payment details
Apple processes FutureGrid purchases and supplies verified transaction and entitlement information to the app so it can determine which features are available. FutureGrid does not receive your payment-card or banking details. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy terms and retention policies.
With your permission, FutureGrid schedules reminders locally on your device. You can disable reminders or notification access at any time in system settings.
You decide what leaves FutureGrid
Preparing a post copies your caption to the clipboard and, with permission, adds the selected planning images to Photos before opening Instagram or its website. FutureGrid does not publish posts automatically.
Client exports leave FutureGrid only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. Images already saved to Photos, exported files, sent messages, and shared copies remain under your control or the recipient's control.
Optional feedback
If you choose Submit feedback, FutureGrid prepares an email to info@rulemobile.com with the app version and build, generic device type, and operating system version. Copy-email and copy-draft actions are also available. You can edit the draft and decide whether to send it.
Support correspondence is used to respond to your request and retained only as needed for support, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. You can request deletion by contacting Rule Mobile. Legal obligations may limit what can be deleted.
Your local library stays until you remove it
Drafts remain in FutureGrid until you delete them. Deleting a profile in Edit profile removes that profile's local drafts and media that no other saved profile uses.
- On iPhone or iPad, deleting FutureGrid and its data removes the local app library. Offloading the app preserves its documents and data.
- On Mac, removing the app may leave its data container. Delete your profiles inside FutureGrid before uninstalling if you want to remove their local content.
- Copies saved to Photos, exported files, sent messages, and files shared to another destination must be removed separately.
- Standard device backups may contain the app library according to your Apple settings. FutureGrid does not provide its own cloud backup or device synchronization.
You can manage system backups and photo permissions through your device settings. You can revoke photo-add and notification permission there at any time.
Other services apply their own policies
Opening profile links, Rule Mobile's website, App Store pages, Instagram, your email app, or a share-sheet destination takes you to another service. FutureGrid does not monitor your browsing there. Those services process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and settings.
FutureGrid does not send its local draft library to advertising networks, analytics providers, or Rule Mobile servers. The app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK.
This app policy covers FutureGrid. When you visit this webpage, the Rule Mobile website privacy policy also applies to activity on the Rule Mobile website.
